YEREVAN. – During a roundtable discussion, Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia Arman Tatoyan introduced the prisoner “Legal Counsel" automated system, which operates on Facebook Messenger.

This system has more than 300 questions and answers on the rights of persons deprived of their liberty, the Ombudsman’s office informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The automated system will provide counsel on basic rights—and in Armenian and English.
