The decision on terminating criminal prosecution against Judge Davit Grigoryan hasn’t been rendered since preliminary investigation is still in progress. This is what the Special Investigation Service of Armenia told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

On July 27, 2019, the Supreme Judicial Council granted the motions of the Prosecutor General’s Office, agreed to institute criminal prosecution against Davit Grigoryan and decided to suspend the judge’s powers.
