YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: In response to our question about when the official meeting of Vladimir Putin-Nikol Pashinyan will take place, our government source said: "Probably in the period from late March to early April."

Let us remember that [PM] Nikol Pashinyan has never had an official visit to Russia; all meetings with Putin have been procedural.

Ahead of the New Year, Nikol Pashinyan informed that, "We have a preliminary agreement that I will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation in 2020, and the Russian President will pay an official visit to Armenia in the second half of 2020, or in the first semester of 2021." So, the meeting is planned after the Artsakh presidential elections? “There is no specific day noted; need for far-reaching conclusions, I think, likewise."

Let us remember that the parliamentary and presidential elections in Artsakh will take place at the end of March, and the arrangement of forces in Karabakh will be clear by early April.
