Changes in the Russian government will not affect dynamically developing relations with Armenia, Armenian Ambassador Sergei Kopyrkin told Armenian News - NEWS.am on Saturday.
Touching upon the Russian newly-appointed ambassador Mikhail Mishustin’s visit to Armenia, the envoy noted the issue had not yet been worked out.
Kopyrkin added the leaders of the two countries will first meet within joint integration structures.
