Seven Chinese citizens have been hospitalized in an infectious diseases hospital from a hotel in northern Moscow with suspected SARS, a spokesman for the capital’s emergency services told RIA Novosti.

According to him, the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.

The Chinese authorities informed on December 2019, the World Health Organization about an outbreak of unknown pneumonia in the city of Wuhan, located in the central part of the country. Experts have identified the causative agent of the disease - 2019-nCoV coronavirus.

According to recent data, the number of people infected with a new type of coronavirus in China increased to 1372, 41 people died. Outside of mainland China, infections have been reported in Thailand, Japan, South Korea, the US, Vietnam, Singapore, Nepal, France, Australia and Malaysia.
