President of the Constitutional Court of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan read Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's "disproportionate strike," and asked us to prepare a lawsuit. Tovmasyan's lawyer Amram Makinyan wrote this on Facebook.
Earlier, Hrayr Tovmasyan had issued a statement demanding that Pashinyan publicly refer to at least one fact that Tovmasyan had offered "his services."
"Starting from this moment, I will wait patiently for exactly 20 days for Pashinyan to publish any objective fact, any credible evidence substantiating his words," he had noted. "If not doing that, I will ask my lawyers to file a defamation lawsuit against Nikol Pashinyan."
And PM Pashinyan today made a respective post on Facebook.
