By the decrees issued by the President of Armenia, the following officers of the Armed Forces, Military Police and National Security Service of Armenia have been conferred general-officer ranks.

1. Commander of the unified group of the Armenian-Russian Troops (Forces), Major General Tigran Parvanyan has been ranked Lieutenant General

2. Chief of the Military Police of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Colonel Artur Baghdasaryan has been ranked Major General

3. Head of the Military Intelligence Department of the National Security Service of Armenia, Colonel Levon Shahumyan has been ranked Major General.

As reported earlier, deputy heads of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia Andranik Makaryan and Tiran Khachatryan have been ranked Lieutenant Generals.
