I have visited the Gegharkunik Province to participate in the events dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the Armenian Army being held here. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on Facebook, and he also went on livestream from there.

"We pay tribute to the memory of the Armenians fallen during the Second World and Artsakh [Nagorno-Karabakh] Wars," Pashinyan also wrote.
