The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs used a, shall we say, non-diplomatic formulation when they talked about confidentiality. What has changed? This is what former deputy of the Republican Party of Armenia Samvel Farmanyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“The Co-Chairs reiterated their full commitment to helping the sides find a peaceful solution to the conflict and the principle of confidentiality in the settlement process, as well as the need for creativity and a spirit of compromise to achieve a fair and lasting peace.”

…full commitment to the principle of confidentiality…What…? This has never ever been stated...in the entire history of the negotiations.

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs used a, shall we say, non-diplomatic formulation when they talked about confidentiality. What has changed? I recalled a person who loves to provide details about criminal cases during press conferences and violates the requirement of the law. Perhaps the intermediaries of the OSCE have also understood that there is a person involved in the process who loses himself when he sees cameras and starts talking not only about everything that is real, but also everything that is part of his imagination and puts all of his subordinates and colleagues within the country and abroad in a stupid situation every time.

Full commitment to the principle of confidentiality is objective. I fully understand the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs,” he stated.
