I have had contacts with Kadirov, but I wouldn’t like to talk about them now so that I don’t put the potential plans for our country at risk. This is what former director of the National Security Service of Armenia Artur Vanetsyan stated during a meeting with the editors-in-chiefs of newspapers.

“I believe all those plans will be implemented soon. The public will be informed, and I will share all the details. I know Ramzan Kadirov very well, and you know that he publicly congratulated me on my birthday,” he said.
