YEREVAN. – Zhoghovurd daily of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes. Zhoghovurd daily has learned the details from yesterday's closed session—held at the parliament—of the NA [National Assembly] inquiry committee investigating the circumstances of the April 2016 war. As it is known, yesterday the Chief of General Staff of the RA Armed Forces Artak Davtyan was invited to that session.
According to our information, Davtyan presented the information he possessed.
Interestingly, however, the committee members seemed not very pleased with Davtyan's responses, and discussed and said between each other that former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan's answers were more inclusive (…).
According to Zhoghovurd daily, at the end of the meeting they also touched upon the recent events in the army, and Davtyan hurried to calm the deputies.
