YEREVAN. - The National Security Service of Armenia informed that on January 31, from 7:11am to 07:30am, several dozen subscribers of a mobile network company in the country received calls from Azerbaijani as well as some other foreign telephone numbers—and for a duration of 0 seconds.
And some of these subscribers attempted to redial these foreign telephone numbers.
