The Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)]Republic court of first instance today denied the request to restore the registration and voting rights of Samvel Babayan, the former Minister of Defense and ex-Commander of the Defense Army. Babayan's press officer informed about this to Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The press officer added that the court has made an obvious political decision.
