The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, Ali Akbar Salehi, has urged the IAEA not to be guided by political considerations.

His remarks came at a meeting with the IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi in Vienna, Mehr reported.

He said Iran’s ties with the IAEA are "good and based on mutual understanding", highlighting that the decisions of the UN nuclear agency as an international reference should not be affected by political considerations.
