Minister of Justice of Armenia Rustam Badasyan today attended a discussion entitled “Strategic Planning for Operation of the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption”.

The minister expressed gratitude to the Commission for inviting him to the discussion and attached importance to the establishment of institutional bodies envisaged by the Anti-Corruption Strategy which will help raise the fight against corruption to a qualitatively new level with their future activities.

Out of the functions of the Commission, the minister attached importance to not only educational and awareness-raising events, but also analysis of declarations and verification of integrity and emphasized that successful analysis and verification will help increase public confidence in not only the Commission, but also the bodies with employees whose integrity has been verified.
