From February 11 to 14, the NATO group providing advisory support to the Ministry of Defense of Armenia for development of defense education and building integrity was in Armenia on a subsequent visit.
The aim of the visit was to conduct professional discussions on the course of introduction of the pilot programs for the subject “Good Governance and Building Integrity” at the military training institutions of the Ministry of Defense.
The NATO Advisory Group held working meetings with the members of the task force dealing with introduction of the subject “Good Governance and Building Integrity” at the military training institutions, and the members delivered lectures devoted to the past activities.
On February 13, members of the NATO Advisory Group were hosted at the National Defense Research University of the Ministry of Defense where they delivered lectures devoted to good governance and building integrity at the strategic level.
The results of the advisory group’s visit were summed up during a meeting with representatives of the task force composed of the relevant subdivisions and military training institutions of the Ministry of Defense. During the meeting, the parties agreed on the future programs for cooperation between the NATO Advisory Group and the military training institutions.
