Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with his Kuwaiti colleague Sheikh Sabah al-Khalid al-Hamad al-Sabah, in Munich, Germany.

The interlocutors discussed the development and expansion of relations between the two countries, and attached importance to the development of cooperation.

The Prime Ministers of Armenia and Kuwait also referred to the promotion of cooperation in the field of tourism, and, in this context, the possibility of organizing bilateral direct flights.

Pashinyan presented the steps aimed at improving the business environment and combating corruption in Armenia, adding that the Armenian government is interested in incorporating Kuwaiti business into the Armenian market, and underlined that it will enable investors to enter the Eurasian Economic Union market as well.

The Prime Ministers of Armenia and Kuwait considered it necessary to work on expanding business ties, and attached importance to the organization of high-level mutual visits.
