Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with his Maltese Minister for European and Foreign Affairs Evarist Bartolo on the margins of the Munich Security Conference.

The Foreign Ministers hailed the dynamics of cooperation and reaffirmed their willingness to take joint efforts to enhance it, including through high-level visits and meetings, as well as consultations between the ministries. Prospects of cooperation in education, culture, trade, economics, smart agriculture and waste management were discussed.

The ministers underlined the role and importance of interparliamentary ties. Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Evarist Bartolo praised effective cooperation and mutual support within the international agencies.

They also exchanged views on international and regional challenges.
