A video posted on the Facebook page of 2rd.am contains excerpts from speeches by Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, which show his position on the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) conflict settlement.

"…Our people have already resolved the Karabakh issue, and the negotiations have one goal today: to legalize what we have today on this land,” the ex-president notes in one of his speeches.

“…Yes, the world recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan; we also recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan,” he said in response to a question by an Azerbaijani delegate to the PACE. “But the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic nothing to do with Azerbaijan's territorial integrity because you have never had it, the independent Republic of Azerbaijan, and you have gained independence together with the Karabakh people. I have participated in military operations, and I am proud of the results we have today."
