Ruben Melikyan, co-founder of the “Path of Law” NGO of Armenia, presented on Facebook the top ten names of the “No” campaign headquarters’ initiative group for the upcoming referendum on constitutional amendments.
“The top ten of our initiative group: Ruben Melikyan, Gohar Meloyan, Arsen Babayan, Elinar Vardanyan, Tigran Atanesyan, Astghik Matevosyan, Artak Asatryan, Siranush Sahakyan, Anahit Sargsyan, Arsen Mkrtchyan,” he wrote.
Melikyan had earlier informed that an initiative group comprising 61 lawyers had already been formed, and that today they would submit the necessary documents to the Central Electoral Commission.
