Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan today received Special Representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar, as reported the news service of the Ministry of Foreign Affair of Armenia.

In this context, the foreign minister attached special importance to the impulses and messages that the heads of states give to their respective societies for peace and stated that Azerbaijan continues to publicly express maximalist positions that reject the rights of the people of Artsakh and don’t provide an opportunity to make progress in the peace process.
