Today, at the request of Azerbaijan, through the petition of Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross, in the area of the military positions of the Armed Forces of Armenia and Azerbaijan, an Azerbaijani demining group conducted a search for an Azerbaijani serviceman who got lost in unknown circumstances a couple of days ago, as reported the news service of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

As a result of the search efforts, the relics of a deceased Azerbaijani serviceman were detected at a distance of a couple of meters from the Azerbaijani military posts and was evacuated.

All the security conditions were ensured for the Azerbaijani search group to work throughout the period of the act permitted by the Armenian side.
