Ex-deputy head of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body of Armenia Igor Sargsyan has filed a claim against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan with the Administrative Court, and the claim has been accepted for proceedings, reports Datalex.

Igor Sargsyan demands annulling Decision 1539-A of 23 October 2019 for his release, and, as a legal consequence, reinstate him in the post of deputy head of the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body of Armenia. The claim was filed with the court on November 25, 2019. The claim will be examined by Daniel Danielyan, and the first preliminary hearing is set for February 21.
