Second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan’s attorney Alexander Kochubayev today told reporters that the handwritten advertisement reading “Armenia is my Hearth, People are my Family” was placed instead of an advertisement of the book by second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan.

Today marked the first trial over the appeal against prohibition of the advertisement of the book “Life and Freedom” by second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan at the Administrative Court of Armenia. The judge is Artur Tsaturyan.

“We tried to record violations for the administrative authority and receive permission for the advertisement, but we faced corruption. It wasn’t in the form of money, but in the sense that the solutions were illegitimate and there were elements of revenge, even politics. A political decision was made to prohibit the advertisement of that book,” the plaintiff’s attorney said.
