The issue of Artsakh was one of the issues discussed during the meeting with the authorities. This is what representative of the Bureau of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party Hagop Der-Khatchadourian told reporters today.
“Yes, a major part of the meeting was devoted to the talks over the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the exchange of information about the activities of the political party,” he said.
Khatchadourian emphasized that the year 2020 is a major year for the political party since it marks the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Sevres. “In this sense, during the meeting at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we exchanged information about our upcoming activities in France, particularly in Sevres. We also provided information about our future events in Washington. These are obviously activities that the political party can carry out more easily than the government, which is a little precautious since there is a component of land claims. This is a major obligation for the Armenian people, and we will be fulfilling it in Washington, Paris and Armenia," he said.
