Armenian ex-PMs Vazgen Manukyan, Khosrov Harutyunyan, Karen Karapetyan and Artsakh ex-PM Anushavan Danielyan are preparing to submit a personal guarantee to the court for the Armenian second President Robert Kocharyan to change the measure of restraint and release him, the ex-president’s attorneys noted.

Lawyers are preparing the necessary documents to present a petition at one of the next court hearings.

By the way, back in May 2019 Judge David Grigoryan decided to release Robert Kocharyan under the personal guarantee of the current and former Artsakh Presidents, Bako Sahakyan and Arkady Ghukasyan. Later, the judge of the Court of Appeal Armen Danielyan overturned the decision and returned Robert Kocharyan to custody.
