Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan has posted a comment on the upcoming constitutional amendments referendum on his Facebook page.

He particularly wrote the following: “I sent invitations to President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Georgy Tsereteli, Chair of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly Valentina Matviyenko, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Hendrick Dimes and President of the European Parliament David Sassoli to observe the referendum for constitutional amendments to be held on April 5.”
