Armenia has a total of 230 judges for consideration of 250 thousand cases, said chair of standing parliament's committee on state and legal affairs Yervand Khundkaryan on Tuesday.

His remarks came during the hearing on the reform of the Armenian Judicial Code and related laws.

“The judge has no alternative but to hold hearings every four months,” he said.
