The deepening of relations with the EU within the Armenian-EU deal is among the official Yerevan foreign policy priorities, said country's Deputy FM Avet Adonts Wednesday at the parliament.

According to him, the high-level political dialogue with the EU is dynamically, consistently developing and deepening. 

"The EU is one of the key trade and economic partners of Armenia as well, and interaction is carried out under the GSP + preferential regime," he said addig that "the EU is an important partner of Armenia in the implementation of the ambitious reform agenda." And the Deputy FM noted such key areas as the judiciary and the police, the fight against corruption, the protection of human rights, energy, the environment and other sectors to which the EU provides significant assistance.
