A couple of days ago, I wrote that the volume of electricity that Armenia exported to Georgia in 2019 reached an unprecedented 0 kilowatts per hour. As a result, Azerbaijan has become the absolute leader in the Georgian market. This is what member of the political council of One Armenia Party Vahe Davtyan wrote on his Facebook page.

“Today, Baku offered Tbilisi to build a high-voltage electric communication line under the Black Sea in order to export electricity to the European Union.

I would like to remind that in May 2019, Azerbaijan had already started exporting electricity to Greece, Hungary and Romania through the Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey bridge. By and large, this is what a hybrid war is,” Vahe Davtyan wrote and added the following as post-scriptum:

“P.S.: You draw a ‘passport’ for the referendum for constitutional amendments.”
