The first case of a new type of coronavirus infection was recorded on Saturday in Qatar, the Qatar News Agency reported referring to the country’s health ministry.

According to it, a 36-year-old citizen of Qatar has been diagnosed with coronavirus. He recently returned to Qatar along with those people evacuated from Iran, TASS reported.
