A member of Iranian Expediency Discernment Council Seyyed Mohammad Mirmohammadi died from coronavirus, IFP News reported.
Mirmohammadi died on the morning of March 2 at Masih Daneshvari Hospital in Tehran. Iran has 593 people infected in the country. The death toll reaches 43.
Earlier, the country's parliament suspended work amid coronavirus outbreak. Chinese authorities announced an outbreak of pneumonia in Wuhan on December 31, 2019. According to the latest data, 89,044 people were infected with the virus worldwide, and 3,042 people died.
