A number of temporary measures are being implemented in the Armed Forces of Armenia to prevent the penetration of the novel coronavirus among personnel.

In particular, access has been tightened at military-medical establishments, and access is allowed only after checking of body temperature at checkpoints, and with face masks; in addition, ordinary conscripts are granted leave only if there are respective grounds provided for by the Law on Military Service and the Status of Servicemen.
