Resignations and personnel changes are called for improving the situation in the army. This is what Minister of Defense of Armenia Davit Tonoyan told reporters today.
In response to a question regarding the resignations linked to the recent incidents in the army, the minister voiced hope that those resignations will provide the opportunity to improve the quality of the army.
