The criminal case regarding the mansion of former governor of Syunik Province of Armenia has been dismissed. The news was confirmed by the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia during a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The criminal case was dismissed due to lack of corpus delicti in December 2019.

The case regarding construction of Surik Khachatryan’s mansion was instituted against the incumbent and former officials of the municipality and for failure by an official to perform official duties based on mercenary or other personal interest.
