An incident took place at the metro today. While Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was handing out YES booklets as part of the campaign for the constitutional amendments referendum, a female passenger ripped the booklet and threw it at the Prime Minister, to which Pashinyan said the following: “It’s OK. We respect your opinion. That’s what democracy is for.”
As reported earlier, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan went live on Facebook from Yerevan Metro and posted the following note: “I’m campaigning with Mariam and Shushan.” Pashinyan and his daughters handed out YES booklets to passengers at the metro as part of the pre-election campaign.
