Talks with the participation of a military delegation from Russia and Turkey on Idlib issues will begin in Ankara on March 10, TASS reported referring to a Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

"In accordance with the Moscow memorandum (on Idlib), the talks involving Russia’s military delegation will start on March 10 in Ankara," the statement said.

The parties are expected to discuss the details on joint patrolling along the M-4 road in Syria, which is scheduled for March 15.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan agreed on a ceasefire and other steps aimed at stabilizing the situation in Syria’s Idlib province at the talks in Moscow on Thursday. According to the agreements, the hostilities in Idlib should be terminated along the entire line of contact after the ceasefire comes into force on March 6.
