YEREVAN. – The program, entitled "Civil Society Monitoring of the Implementation of the Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA) between Armenia and the European Union (EU)," has kicked off Wednesday in Yerevan.

The program is being implemented by George Soros’ Open Society Foundations-Armenia, with the support of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Georgia and Armenia, and is aimed at assisting in the proper implementation of CEPA through the civil society’s joint monitoring of reforms in domains such as human rights and the justice system.

The program is aimed also at assisting in dialogue between the civil society, Government of Armenia and the EU, as well as raising public awareness toward reforms.
