The five biggest tech companies - Amazon, Apple, Alphabet, Facebook, and Microsoft - have lost $ 416.63 billion in a day, CNBC reported

Apple shares fell 9.88%, Facebook - 9.30%, Alphabet - 8.2%, Amazon - 7.98%, and Microsoft - 9.48% as investors continue to worry about the spread of coronavirus and its potential impact on the economy.

By the way, on Monday the five biggest tech companies lost $ 320 billion and then recovered some of these losses during the week.

Investors seem to be most worried about how consumers and businesses will cut spending if the economy falls into recession. There are additional concerns about supply chain limitations in product manufacturing.
