Italian Embassy in Armenia has issued a statement on new procedures approved by the Italian MFA for this who have already obtained a Schengen visa from the Italian Embassy.

“Due to the coronavirus emergency situation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy has approved new procedures only for those who have already obtained a Schengen visa from the Italian Embassy, with validity from February 1st to June 30th 2020. If you have already got a visa but you have not used it due to the Corona virus and you plan to postpone your journey, you can apply for a new visa, free of charge, only if you meet the following conditions:

                •             you have not used your Schengen Visa issued by the Embassy of Italy

                •             you have not got the refund of your trip”

As reported earlier, Italy has already confirmed 24,747 coronavirus cases. The death toll has reached 1,809.
