Restrictions on people’s right to property will be in force during the state of emergency to be declared in Armenia, from March 16 to April 16, by the government decision
In this regard, the respective draft decision states, in particular, that the property of individuals and legal entities may be used for the purpose of ensuring the lawful state of emergency regime, who are entitled to receive adequate compensation in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of Armenia.
