Presidential and parliamentary elections will be held in Karabakh on March 31, and Armenian observers will be present, said Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan on Thursday.
According to him, observers departing for Karabakh should be tested for coronavirus.
“Thank God, there is still no case of coronavirus infection in Karabakh, although dozens of people have been tested,” he said.
