The National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on Monday kicked off a special session on the initiative of the government.
The agenda has four matters, including the issue on ratifying the Second Additional Financing to the Lifeline Road Network Improvement Project Loan Agreement between Armenia and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
