YEREVAN. – Overall, 282 polling stations have been formed for the Artsakh presidential election, head of passport department at Artsakh police Jivan Gasparyan said.
There are 103, 663 voters in Artsakh, 776 of them will vote in Armenia. Another 400 people will vote at the place of residence.
