Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan has tweeted about the 4th anniversary of the Four-Day Artsakh War.
“Today we pay tribute to memory of victims of military aggression and atrocities perpetrated by Azerbaijan in April 2016 against Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh. Risk reduction measures and mechanisms must be implemented,” he tweeted.
