Artsakh will act in accordance with the situation, Artsakh State Minister Grigori Martirosyan said on Tuesday.
According to him, he signed four decisions yesterday.
“The first decision is connected to the application of restrictions on entry to Artsakh, the rest ones mainly related to internal life. We will gradually apply all the restrictions that Armenia has applied, as necessary,” he said.
