STEPANAKERT. – According to the data received from the territorial electoral commissions, as of 11:00 a.m., 15,771 voters (15, 2% of the total number of voters) have participated in the second round elections to the President of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Republic, the latter’s Central Electoral Commission informed.
To note, in the first round of this election, which took place on March 31, the voter turnout was 24.9 percent (26,037 voters) as of 11am.
