Thanks to the identification system of citizens infected with COVID-19, Armenia has detected 36 thousand people who had previously been in contact with 1,938 infected, said Armenian deputy PM Tigran Avinyan on Thursday.

According to him, the circle of persons with whom a citizen infected with a coronavirus had contact has been filtered. 

Avinyan noted this system increases the efficiency of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention by 20-30%.
