The Armenian-Azerbaijani border has been tense for the last ten years, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan said on Saturday during the big online-press conference.

"The toolkit remains the same: the combat readiness of our armed forces, our unity and strength, the political-diplomatic means to keep this situation manageable," the PM noted adding that "Armenia will not negotiate under the threat of weapons, and we think that the Artsakh issue has no solution by force."
