YEREVAN. – Attorney Hayk Alumyan, a member of the legal defense team of Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, has filed an appeal against the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction decision to deny the motions to commute the ex-president’s current precautionary measure of arrest. The legal defense team informed about this Wednesday.
The appeal was submitted to the Criminal Court of Appeal on Tuesday.
